We are excited to announce the new “SERVO Signature Service” to you! This service is perfect for the photographer that prints in house or just would like better graphics that they can then print at their own lab! With the Signature Service you simply upload your images and a data spreadsheet and we make your package jpgs for you! We have multiple levels of packages to choose from so that you can get exactly what you want for your team or league!

Per Player Cost is based on the Maximum number of players involved divided by the total cost of the packages ordered.

How The Pricing Works

The more packages your team has produced the cheaper they get per player!

Team Setup
Fee 1-10 Players • $30
11-20 Players • $50
21-30 Players • $70

To get started we charge a per team setup fee. This covers building the graphics color coordinated to your team, building the team photo and laying out the design that will be used throughout your packages.

*This fee is charged per image.

Per Player Fee
Basic Package • $1.00/player
Advanced Package • $2.25/player
Ultimate Package • $2.25/player

Once you have your setup fee applied you then only pay per player that you are having a package produced. We do not charge you for every player in the team photo. We only charge a per player fee for actual packages that we will be designing for you.

Non Green Screen/HiLite FEE
1-10 Players • $5.00
11-20 Players • $10.00
21-30 Players • $15.00

We can create your graphics using images taken on any background! If you are shooting on green screen or HiLite there is no additional fee, but if you are shooting on a white, grey or natural background we only charge per team to extract those images.

Yes! We want to make sure that you love the product that we create here at SERVO so our Proofing Option is always FREE and part of the design process.

Typically you can see your proof back within 24-48 hours from the time you submit your order. It all depends on how long it takes you to proof your image and also how many revisions you have to estimate the final amount of time as this may vary per order.

The ratios of the products range depending on the item. Here is a breakdown of the products and the ratios.

  • Individual Photo 2:3
  • Team Photo 5:7 (can be cropped to an 8×10)
  • Memory Mate 4:5
  • Panoramic 1:3

No, SERVO is not licensed to release the PSD layered file. You will get a flattened JPG as the final output.

Because of the way SERVO is built we cannot accept RUSH orders for any reason.

Of course you can! In the order process make sure to select the logo option and upload your logo with the rest of your images.

Yes! This is one of the most popular add on options! For $10 you will also get the extracted .PNG file for the images that you used for the banner. This way you can use this extracted image for other projects after you get it back!

Sorry but no. SERVO is limited to only the designs that are shown here on the page for this service. We do not accept customer designs that are not on the list below.

Because of the way the SERVO system is setup we can’t changed, crop or edit the original ratio of the designs. This is a limitation of the SERVO service to keep the process quick.
