  • Take one photo of each player on the team full length.
  • Fill out the supplied spreadsheet with the data for the packages that you are going to order.
  • Log into your account and choose the Signature Service Package.
  • Add your order to the cart & pay
  • Upload your images & spreadsheet
  • Get your proofs back for approval.
  • Once approved download your finished files and you are good to go to print!

No! We can create your photo using images taken on any background! If you are shooting on green screen or HiLite there is no additional fee, but if you are shooting on any other background we do charge a fee per design to extract those images.

Yes! We want to make sure that you love the product that we create here at SERVO so our Proofing Option is always FREE and part of the design process.

Typically you can see your proof back within 24-48 hours from the time you submit your order. It all depends on how long it takes you to proof your image and also how many revisions you have to estimate the final amount of time as this may vary per order.

The ratios of the products range depending on the item. Here is a breakdown of the products and the ratios.

  • Individual Photo 2:3
  • Team Photo 5:7 (can be cropped to an 8×10)
  • Memory Mate 4:5
  • Panoramic 1:3

No, SERVO is not licensed to release the PSD layered file. You will get a flattened JPG as the final output.

Because of the way SERVO is built we cannot accept RUSH orders for any reason.

Of course you can! In the order process make sure to select the logo option and upload your logo with the rest of your images.

Yes! This is one of the most popular add on options! For $10 you will also get the extracted .PNG file for the images that you used for the banner. This way you can use this extracted image for other projects after you get it back!

Sorry but no. SERVO is limited to only the designs that are shown here on the page for this service. We do not accept customer designs that are not on the list below.

Because of the way the SERVO system is setup we can’t changed, crop or edit the original ratio of the designs. This is a limitation of the SERVO service to keep the process quick.
